Oceans Three ~ 2009

It may take a while for pictures to load.

This was our second choice located in South Daytona.
We thought the huge patio and pool area made the beach look too far away.
The balcony was oriented to the south and not toward the beach.
Too much floor space was surrendered to hallways.
The cramped kitchen and dining area had a poor view of the ocean.
Though not heavily used, it was a drive-on beach.
A1A traffic and distance to shopping were also concerns.
The deal killer became making no progress toward reaching a price settlement.
